    Everything met needs, I will be back. It had riverside location close to Slovak National Theatre. It was an amazing area, an ideal place for me.

    High-quality breakfast buffet was enjoyable.

    I can't believe the phones were dysfunctional. I had to call room service on my mobile phone, completely unacceptable for a five-star hotel! The mattresses need urgent replacement. I barely slept because of how uncomfortable they were. To top it all off, there was warm water instead of hot in my shower! I've had better experiences in budget hotels.

    The staff was helpful and late check out was possible for free. Everything is new as the hotel just opened. The price quality ratio is good.

    The breakfast could be richer considering its price but it remains very good.

    It was just an appropriate option for a brief visit in Bratislava with high value for money. The support from the event team was excellent, especially how they helped coordinate everything smoothly during our training. Check out the nearby attractions for a nice stroll along the river.

    The best hotel I have stayed in during my vecation to europe this summer ,closed to the danua ,close to eurova shoping centre very nice and cooperative staff for example from reception Lucia,from the resturant katrena and Donavan from the services.

    The location and the clean rooms.

    The reception desk was very poor for such a hotel. It was not even a desk actually. Very minor problem however,not enough to ruin my opinion for this hotel.
